Covid-19 Notice

We are again committed to hosting a Covid safe event. Last year’s event was a great success and managed strictly in accordance with Government guideline applicable at the time. We will constantly review current advice and post Final Instructions for participants nearer the time.

We will be asking all participants to comply with retained regulations applicable at the time and confirm that it is the responsibility of the individual to ensure compliance with those regulations.

In particular, please note the following:

• Observe appropriate social distancing and respect others’ space throughout the day.
• Maintain appropriate hygiene throughout the day. Hand sanitizers will be available throughout – PLEASE USE THEM.
• Wear masks when using toilets and other indoor facilities. PLEASE BRING COMPLIANT MASKS OR FACE COVERINGS WITH YOU.
• A cleaning regime will be in place for toilets – please be patient if facilities are out of use for short periods of time.

Registration this year will be outside under gazebos – you will be guided by the parking marshals avoiding the need to enter the main building.

If you have recently tested positive for Covid-19 or have developed symptoms immediately prior to the event PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND.
